Production Packaging Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities

• Train, set responsibilities, and standards, supervise, and evaluate packers
• Monitor and recommend improvements to process, and develop & maintain all packing orders effectively
• Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedules for process, and develop & maintain all packaging orders effectively
• Inspect products prior to packaging and return rejected products
• Observe packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance specifications
• Ensure all products are packed safely and efficiently, and maintain a sanitary environment that meets all food safety regulations
• Supervisor and coordinates activities of all operators engaged in packaging products and materials for storage and shipment

Qualifications

• Quality Orientation
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial) or other related major
• Strong communication skills, especially in English
• Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
• Min 2 year experience as Production Packing Supervisor in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical/FMCG Manufacturing, or related field
• Knowledge and understanding of GMP
