This function will be reporting to the Production Manager and will be based at Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia Karawang Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with Planning team, Maintenance Team, Quality team, and WH teams, including prod schedule, maintenance, etc.
• Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
• Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping.
• Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.
• Report any problem during operation to Production Manager.
• Assist and train team members in the procedures required to perform their jobs. Coordinate cross training activities when possible.
• Ensure all SAP data entry, batch sheets, spreadsheets, etc, are promptly and accuracy maintained.
• Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)
• Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures.
• Utilizes leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, besides customer orientation environment.
• Support Process Eng dan Proj. Engineer in specific task result from new projects.
• Recommends changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.
• Follow the applicable procedures.
• Coordinate coverage issues and overtime when required.
• Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.

You bring:

• Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
• Must be thorough and attentive to details, Organized
• Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology or Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical.
• Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude, structured
• Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
• Good Presentation skills
