Job Description

Our client is one of Indonesia's largest building material manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.

Requirements

  • Understand the production process, AM & PM concept, Continuous Improvement concept, 5R, K3.
  • Placement in East Cikarang.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor, preferably in Silicate Board production.
  • Willing to work in shifts.

  • Make improvements to support the production process.
  • Coordinate with other departements (Maintenance, QC, etc) related to the production process,
  • Ensuring the recording of each production activity is carried out properly.
  • Handle problems that arise in the production area.
  • Ensuring the implementation, inspection and supervision of production machine operational units.
  • Ensuring the implementation material requirements for the production process in accordance with the plan.
