We Are Hiring: Production & HR Assistant

We are a top Singapore animation company looking for a Production/HR Assistant to join our team at Gram Videos. As we are a cross-border team, your skills are more important than where you come from. (I) Requirements

a) B and above for “O” Level English (or equivalent) preferred

b) Knowledge of animation/video production workflow

c) Diploma/Degree in related field (Art/Design/Animation/Video Production)

d) Functional software knowledge in:

- Microsoft Office (and Google Suite equivalent)

- Adobe Premiere Pro

e) Knowledge in the following is a bonus:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe After Effects

(II) Responsibilities

1. Administration

a) Organizing emails, reminders, to-do lists, and scheduling calendar events

b) Prioritizing tasks to do for the day, and ensuring they are done

c) Keeping track of projects and task deadlines, and chasing the relevant personnel in a timely manner

d) Performing simple admin tasks/paperwork

e) Data Entry of Client Projects

f) Assist in conducting daily/fortnightly production meetings

2. Producing

a) Assist the producer(s) to manage bandwidth and workload using available software/tools

b) Assist the producer(s) to create reasonable timelines and budgeting

c) Work with producer(s) to ensure timelines are met and reminders are sent ahead of schedule

d) Ensure quality checks (eg: masking, colour, spelling, typo, glitches, etc.) are performed meticulously on project deliverables, and ensure they are error-free, before they are escalated to producer(s)/director(s)

e) Managing internal/external stakeholders feedback (eg: Marketing, Director, Founder, client, etc.) in a timely manner to ensure project success.

3. Creative

a) Assist with production tasks including, but not limited to: writing, transcribing, video editing/compositing, sound design, basic animation, subtitling.

4. HR Assistant/Happiness Officer

a) Assisting with recruitment such as posting job ads, screening applicants, coordinating/communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, etc.

b) Assisting HR Manager to monitor and take contributive actions towards Employee Learning, Productivity, and Happiness

c) Assisting the HR Manager in maintaining and supporting different industry partners, schools and organizations

d) Generating weekly reports to HR Manager, to track and achieve HR outcomes/goals

e) Assisting HR Manager to conduct internship reviews, grading, onboarding and exit reviews.
