We are seeking an experienced and self motivated Project Manager who can deliver on our strategic priorities, obsess about customers, and are excited to see the successful implementation of the projects/products they deliver.
Manulife Indonesia Product Project Management is accountable for delivering project related insurance products across distribution channels within time, budget and quality measurement.

- Adequate of organizational skill
- Adequate of negotiation skill
- Know and understand on how to use Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Have working experience in life insurance industry min. 2 years
- Adequate of analytical and problem-solving skill
- Have similar experience in project management min. 2 years
- Adequate of interpersonal skill
- University Degree (Management/Business Information System)
- Adequate of verbal and written communication skill
- Identify when project(s) appear to be deviating from plan. Raise issues early and prepare options to resolve/remediate include assessment on the potential impact and risk
- Ensure that prescribed project management methodologies, appropriate approaches and project development life cycle phases are utilized in the delivery of project deliverables
- Communicate and collaborate within and across the organization for input on priorities, approach, and solution designs
- Assist project team members with low to medium complex items and recommend resolutions to potential issues
- Maintain accurate status reporting and ensure proper project governance, such as project documentation
