**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Product Manager with exposure to Commerce, and a proven track record in successfully improving seller experience from registration, through launch of their business, to post-launch business growth, essentially you will be responsible for end-to-end build and launch of the commerce product.

The Product Manager will:

1. Perform deep dives to derive analytical insights on success drivers, blockers,You will drive the execution of the roadmap by maintaining a clear set of priorities, helping remove blockers, maintaining alignment with stakeholders
2. In collaboration with data team, monitor and analyze product metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and measure the success of the last releases.
3. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the app is user-friendly and visually appealing.
4. Author all important product documents including a product roadmap, product backlog, business requirements, as well as functional specifications. Ensure product documents are updated, accessible to stakeholders.
5. Ensures communication and facilitation across design, product and engineering teams.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of the releases.

You must be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; have strong analytical skills, product management skills, communication skills, along with an intense user obsession, this is essential for you to successfully be able to:

• Ship a live end product
• Hold influence with designers, developers and data scientists
• Translate all of this into product requirements
• Carry out your research & benchmarking
• Understand the business requirements

You will be expected to be innovative, yet strong in execution.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**

1. Setting up product roadmap to improve operational efficiency
2. Lead & design product features, set up regular catch-ups with stakeholders on product status, feedback and performance.
3. Collect feature requirements to ensure an aligned OKR
4. Write detailed , well articulated PRD’s, including user stories, translating product requirements into UI/UX and data tracking
5. Automate actions and processes to minimize user's effort, enable product to scale easily
6. Monitor performance by working closely with data team.
7. Collect feedback regularly after product launch and provide optimized feature improvement for a good product NPS

**YOU MUST HAVE**

- 3-5 years experience in E-commerce product

- Operational platform experience inproduct planning systems, CMS and collaboration tools.

- Experience in e-commerce especially in seller, product, and promotion events

- Strong understanding in business, able to relate to user's pain-points, and have good business logic and communication skills.

- Ability to lead product from 0-1 independently

- Ability to prioritize under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve business goal
