Pmo Analyst (Project Based)

MagnaQM is a growing organization that provides innovative solutions to businesses seeking to optimize their Strategy Execution through PMO and Projects & Programs. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PMO Officer for a 9-month placement.

As a PMO Analyst you will be working closely with the PMO Manager to support the overall project management of our client's projects. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and management of project management templates and tools, maintaining project management processes and standards, and providing project management support and guidance to project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and management of project management templates and tools
• Maintain project management processes and standards
• Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Assist with the management of risk management plans
• Monitor project progress and identify areas of concern
• Provide project management support and guidance to project managers
• Analyze the project performance and impact realization
• Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures
• Assist in communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates or individuals with a minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of work experience are welcome to apply
