Parts Analyst Jobs

Task & Responsibilities :

• Provide support to the sales reps on their network including sales program.
• Analyze Parts Sales to support identify market trends, improvement areas and other statistical information.
• Various other custom reports as needed.
• Provide analysis of Parts Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITO) by arranging procurements, shipment, inventory and sales.
• Provide analytical support and prepare regular reports for distribution to management and principal.
• Assist with the daily parts department needs as required
• Arrange and monitor the delivery of parts from the distribution center effectively and efficiently.

Requirements :

• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills (English and Bahasa).
• Min. Diploma degree from any major.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
