Job Description

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend, performance and ROI, leveraging the Insights and Analytics to educate the team and leadership on the available metrics and data in terms of audience engagement and campaign fulfillment.
  • Support Brand Lead to work with third-party agency/vendor partners to create agile content and implement marketing tactics that execute on brand strategy in the following areas website design, personalization and optimization, SEO, CRM, digital display media, and partnership with HCP and consumers health-tech platforms (eg. HCP channel in health-tech platforms, vaccination booking in health-tech platforms)
  • Establish key objectives and performance metrics for omnichannel campaigns in partnership with agency partners. Makes recommendations for campaign optimizations to improve overall performance.
  • Utilize audience research and trend analysis to develop supporting modular, personalized content. Evaluates customer research, market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Support Brand Lead to develop vision, strategy and implementation of omnichannel marketing solutions that will improve the HCP and consumer experiences. Align with Brand Lead to coordinate, plan and execute omnichannel tactical plans across Takeda-owned website, SEO, email (RTE/SFMC), health-tech platform (eg. Alomedika, Alodokter, MIMS, IDAI Digital Channels, etc), and digital advertising to optimize the user funnels to drive demand.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand customer and business needs and align recommendations and strategy accordingly to different HCP segments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Evaluate emerging trends and implements marketing strategies in various HCP channels.
  • Actively manage agency partner relationships, expectation setting, budgeting and contract reviews.
  • Maintain knowledge of key product attributes and competitive differentiation to effectively position products in marketing channels.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • Experience with digital landscape
  • Knowledge of website and advertising analytics tools, staying up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Highly engaged, with positive can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills to translate vision into reality
  • In-depth understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement used by an organization across their varied customers (i.e., HCP, consumer, patient, payer) including how channels can be used effectively in an integrated manner to provide cross-channel customer journeys
  • Experience minimal 2 years in multi-channel marketing, omnichannel marketing, search engine optimization, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Self-organised, able to translate ideas into actions and deliver projects within timelines and budget
  • Fluent in English to collaborate with above countries colleagues and potential foreign agencies
