:
1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs for CS Agent
2, Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online & offline training)
4. Assess the success of development plans and help Agent make the most of learning opportunities
5. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
6. Report Weekly/Monthly training/improvement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in any major
2. Have min 3 years experience as Customer Service Trainer Lead, in insurance industry is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills both English & bahasa
4. Good knowledge in Ms. Excel is a must
5. Strong presentation skills
