•Analyzing the needs of Division and/or Department about organizational (Organization Structure, Jobdesc, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), KPIs, etc.).
•Manage KPI
•Support all Division in preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
•Maintain the implementation of the company’s standard operating procedure
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Business, or Management.
-Minimum of 1 year experiences in the Hospitality or F&B industry environments as HR and at least 1 year in Organizational Development.
-Understand the Organizational review (Organization Structure, Jobdesc, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), KPIs)
-Proactive & adaptive
-Have a good analytical thinking, and attention to details.
-Having good communication skill and good teamwork.
-Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Office & Visio
