Method Maintenance Engineer M/W

Purpose Of The Position
In the frame of the Weda Bay operations the jobholder is part of the PT Weda Bay Division management team in order to develop and implement the best standards in maintenance (mobile equipment and fixed installation)
Responsibilities

• Take part in various strategic projects aimed at improving the plant safety and performances.
• Develop and lead the predictive maintenance program
• Represent PT WBN in the maintenance International Competent Group (ICG) and implement the Best Practices of ERAMET.
• R&D on knowledge of the different kind of ores, developing resources estimation method, valorization, ore processing
• Develop and train teams/contractors on maintenance method (planning, scheduling, Spare parts, inspections, 5S…)
• Follow-up the maintenance planning and operation to improve the availability of the mine equipment and crushing plants.
• Lead the implementation of World Class Maintenance Program

About You

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor or master degree in mechanical Engineering, mobile equipment specialist
• Minimum 5-10 years combined experience in benchmark mine operations.
