This job is a 24/7 Shift site based position in Bekasi West Java

We Care About Your Engagement

In this exciting and strategic role will be responsible for overseeing a team carrying out maintenance activities within the data centre environment. They shall ensure that they and their team maintain uptime availability and reliability levels within the data centre that meets or exceeds defined service level agreements in accordance with Company specified policies, processes and procedures

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing sub-contracted resources, as necessary, to deliver a safe and quality service to the Business
• Management and coordination of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduled activity
• Monitoring and troubleshooting all site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc)
• Operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100% uptime availability
• Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS, PMS, CMS

You are a proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and passion for people development, as well as excellent influencing skills.

Your expertise includes:

• Experience in troubleshooting/repair of low & medium voltage electrical systems
• Experience in troubleshooting/repair of mechanical/HVAC systems
• Professional electrical or mechanical certification (National Craft Certificate (NCC), Registered Electrical/Mechanical Contractor (REC), or national equivalent
• Knowledge and ability to apply safe electrical practices according to guidelines/regulations set by relevant national electrical safety supervisory bodies
• HND in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent desirable

Your skills and attitude:

• Knowledge of BMS systems
• Capable of actively engaging and working collaboratively with other support teams to drive resolution of problems encountered
• Ability to follow procedures system documentation and track issues through appropriate entries into a Service Desk Ticketing system
• Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving complex issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Good understanding of PPM/CAFM systems
• Demonstrate good judgment and instincts in decision making
• Detailed understanding of Change Management processes and procedures
