Our client is a top-tier (Tier 1) International Law Firm with a distinguished corporate law offering in Indonesia, routinely assisting blue-chip multinationals with big-ticket M&A.
Our client's Corporate M&A team is well-placed to advise clients on high-value acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, venture capital deals, and corporate restructuring. The Corporate M&A practice group is particularly active in deals in the technology sector, infrastructure, manufacturing, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Working together with international-standard Partners and a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to, among others: (a) corporate law, (b) mergers - demergers, (c) acquisitions, (d) corporate governance, (e) corporate compliance, (f) legal due diligence, (g) restructuring, and (h) joint ventures.
• Will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.
• Will attend extensive training and mentorship to explore the opportunity to develop their practice.

Key Requirements

• Excellent analytical legal skills/attention to detail.
• English fluency.
• Articulate, orally and on paper.
• Is eager to learn and is ambitious to excel in this legal field.
• Having a PERADI License is preferable.
• Having at least 2-4 years of transactional experience and strong academic credentials.
• Business-minded, confident, solutions-oriented, and working well as a team.
• Active, strong communication skills and strong ability to withstand pressure.
• Able to put a business hat on when it comes to problem-solving and counseling clients' problems.
• Desirable is experienced in a top-tier law firm.
