ED-SEN Consulting was born because of the growing demand for Information Technology and Management services in Indonesia. Requirements:

1. Graduate in Marketing/Communication

2. Having good management promotion.

3. 3 years experience in Promotion campaigns & strategize promotion.

4. Preferable experience in B2B Industries.

5. Having good communication, good initiative, and adaptability to changes and company culture.

6. Creative people and having good motivation for working.

7. Expert in time management and well-organized work.

8. Able to work as a team and independent

9. Having strong analytical thinking.

10. Having good skills to operate and editing video and photo program/software

Responsibilities:

1. Generate strategy and program/campaign that results in new ideas for promotional activities such as free training, loyalty reward, cashback, gift, discounts, bundling, and incentives for our products and services

2. Planning and executing promotion strategies routinely (Monthly, Quarterly, Semester, or yearly) as fit with our services and regulation of the company.

3. Evaluate and create a final report of each program/campaign, then create an alternative plan for improvement.

4. Distribute and coordinate program campaigns to the marketing team and sales team.

5. Planning, executing, create price strategies such as updating the promotion pricelist which collaborates with Sales, Project & Principal.

6. Able to create and distribute content, copywriting, or article in order to support the promotion strategy.

7. Monitoring promotion budgeting.

8. Collaborate with an agency or vendor (if needed) in order to encourage the result of promotion.

9. Doing Market research, industries analyzed, and competitors.
