What you’ll do :

• Collaborate with Creative team to make sure all creative deliverables are for Thematic Campaigns are made and executed properly
• Collaborate with Tech/Product to improve thematic campaigns visibility and conversion
• Collaborate with Category team to create monthly Promotion Calendar (mainly Thematic Campaigns)
• Develop strategy to optimize performance and conversion of Clevertap Assets (including splash banner, WhatsApp blast and push notification) as well as manage overall budget and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engagement teams to ensure seamless and efficient communication to customers through initiatives (e.g UI UX development, education material for customers)

Criteria we’re looking for :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Have 2+ years experience in growth marketing/campaign marketing required from a reputable company, FMCG, or digital tech company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience working in dynamic environment

• Fluent in English
