Requirements:
- Have excellent experience and best practice in handling in-store and out-store activation
- Good planning and analytical skill
- Good negotiation skill
- Smart work, creative, and used to manage operational event
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling activation and sponsorship
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation: Create report analysis to review all the activation compared to KPI and understanding consumer profile and behaviour, also product performance in the market
- Recommendation: Give the best recommendation to the stakeholders in term of type of activation, channel type, marketing content, timing, etc. which deliver the optimum result in effective nd efficient way related to company objective and policy
- Monitoring: Close monitoring all activities to make it excellent and prevent issues in some critical points that could happen during event/activation, and achieve sales objective in a good and right terms
- Planning: Create solid activation plan, based on consumer segment and product campaign in the right channel and Point of Interest (POI)
- Action: To execute activation plan with excellent execution term and optimize budget to achieve company objective following SOP and program brief
