Event Coordinator Jobs

Job Summary

The event and sales coordinator will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate all events, not limited to partnerships, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end sales to event realization.
• Prepare evaluation report at the end of each week.
• Create market and current trend analysis on topics related to Pool, Restaurant, catering, and events.
• Create and maintain partnerships related to Pool, Restaurant, catering, and events.

Qualifications

• University or college diploma. Preferred candidate with a background in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; however all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Able to work in a team of diverse people with diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Have a min. 1 year of experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area. Preferred candidate with a background in wedding organizing and management.
• Posses an innovative and creative approach and problem-solving skills.
