Overview Communications Event Coordinators are responsible for planning and executing events that promote the company’s brand and message. They work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all events are successful and meet the company’s goals. They are also responsible for managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that all event logistics are handled properly. Detailed Job Description Communications Event Coordinators are responsible for planning and executing events that promote the company’s brand and message. They work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all events are successful and meet the company’s goals. They are also responsible for managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that all event logistics are handled properly. They must be able to develop and implement creative event concepts, coordinate with vendors, and manage event budgets. They must also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that all events are executed according to plan. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and execution
