We are looking for an experiencedMarketing Automation Specialistto join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Build and utilize email database segmentation
• Create and manage opt-in users
• Track and analyze direct and interactive email marketing campaigns
• Create and manage Web and App users acquisition strategies in order to increase numbers of database/list building
• Collaborating with Creative team to request and manage all copies & creatives needed for all email marketing campaign
• Create and implement push notifications campaigns for Web and App campaigns
• Nurturing leads and user lifecycle through Marketing Automation tools
• Create email marketing campaigns plan & strategies
• Improve email marketing campaigns performance using creativity and automation tools
• Create and implement campaign journey for each user segmentations and behaviors
• Proactively identify trends, email marketing and push notification strategies from other leading brands to get more insights on best practices and create more innovative campaign ideas
• Deliver segmented email campaigns to our customers & consumers
• Research creative email contents and templates
• Develop personalization strategies
• Provide all marketing communications campaign report including email marketing and push notifications on Web and App

Qualifications:

• High level understanding of marketing campaigns and messaging
• 2 years of experience of Email Marketing and/or Direct Marketing preferred
• Have ability to research, identify and evaluate email marketing trends
• Must be detail oriented, target driven and data driven
• Experience working with an email service provider platform
• Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytic, Google Sheet and similar tools for analysis process and generate insight
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Have a good understanding of consumer behavior
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Technically proficient with a variety of applications for email, scheduling, analytics, and automation tools.
• Proficient with CRM/marketing automation tools such as Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.
• 2 years of experience as Marketing Automation Specialist preferred
• Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content
• Excellent written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
