Job Description

Responsibility:

As a Talent Scouting Specialist for STUN, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new potential talent for the company, determining their schedule, and managing their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients and creating weekly and monthly reports.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and keeping them updated about the talent's performance and availability.
  • Conducting research to identify new potential talent for STUN in the gaming and non-gaming industry.
  • Actively using social media to find and recruit new potential talent.
  • Coordinating with other team members to fulfill talent needs.
  • Determining the talent schedule and ensuring that the talents are available for events or projects.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports about the talent's performance and progress.

Qualification:

To qualify for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to find and identify new talent in the gaming and non-gaming industry.
  • Availability to be contacted on weekends.
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent scouting, preferably in the esports or digital content industry.
  • Strong understanding of the development of esports and digital content activities.
  • Ability to operate Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to negotiate and build good relationships with clients.

Example Task:

As a Talent Scouting Specialist for STUN, you are assigned to recruit new potential talent for the company's upcoming esports event. Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating with the team to ensure that the talent's needs are met, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Creating a talent schedule for the event and ensuring that the talents are prepared for their roles.
  • Keeping the client updated about the talent's performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Contacting and negotiating with the potential talent to confirm their availability and interest in the event.
  • Conducting research to identify new potential talent who fit the criteria for the event.
  • Creating a report on the talent's performance and progress during the event, and presenting it to the team and the client
