Job Description

For our outlet in Sanur. Cork Bistro & Wine Bar, an exquisite restaurant blend in rich European, Mediterranean mixed with Indonesian taste. Looking for Jr. Sous Chef with requirement:


  • Strong knowledge of food costing
  • Able to conduct training, coaching, consoling
  • Experienced for as a Sous Chef minimum 2 years (proven by certificate of employment)
  • Assist & work closely with Head Chef regarding administration
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • In charge full in outlets when Head Chef absences
  • Experienced in European, Mediterranean cuisine would be a plus point
  • Strong leaderships
