Sous Chef - Private Villa

We are looking for a highly skilled chef, with at least 3 years experience at Sous Chef level in an upscale restaurant.
Should be confident to design and create modern fusion syle menus for a family of 4 in a luxury villa. The owners are Australian so professional level English is a must.
This is a private villa chef position. Responsiblities include
- daily purchasing of fresh products
- planning and creatibg 2 means per day to a very high standard
- kitchen hygiene and organization.
