Junior Legal Staff Jobs

PT Seven Stones Indonesia is now hiring to be based in BALI. Since it is growing so fast, we are urgently needed a Legal Staff for our Real Estate Department. Send us your comprehensive resume if you are confident that you have following qualifications :

• Hold a valid advocate license
• Fluent English both speaking and writing
• Ready to join asap
• Hold a bachelor degree in Law

To be successful, technically, you are required to have some skill to support the work done :

• Provide legal advise to internal teams and clients on real estate matters, property rights, land use and property development.
• Good legal understanding to conduct legal due diligence on real estate properties and support real estate transaction life cycle and legal compliance
• Well understanding about real estate regulations
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a variety Real Estate-related agreements, contracts, purchase agreement, lease agreement, easement
• Represent the company in real estate-related litigation when necessary in collaboration with external legal counsel
• Good communication skill
• Good writing skill
