Junior Legal Counselor Jobs

To be successful, technically, you are required to have some skill to support the work done :

Hold a bachelor degree in Law

Hold a valid advocate license

Fluent English both speaking and writing

Well understanding about real estate regulations

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a variety Real Estate-related agreements, contracts, purchase agreement, lease agreement, easement

Human Resource Management (People Management)

Ensuring that the Legal Quality Assurance Credit Portfolio is in accordance with Management's directions;

Good negotiation and communication skill

Formulating ideas to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) including simplification of procedures by providing guidelines.

Ensuring that the Bank obtains Notary/PPAT services along with Legal Advisors in accordance with the agreed SLA.

Coordinating and supervising the implementation of the main tasks according to the by each Legal Counselor under his/her coordination.

One year experience in the field of overseas education services, candidates with practical marketing skills and experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of overseas education systems and visa requirements

Provide guidance and support to students on visa requirements, travel arrangements, and accommodation options.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work attitude:

Mastering basic Microsoft Office skills;

Good social skill and confidence level;

Legal Assistance in Court Cases;

A very good English proficiency in both verbal and writing;

Willing to work long-hours and travel outside the city.
