Junior Education Counselor Jobs

IALFGlobalis a leading overseas education agency looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Junior Counselor. You will assist in guiding our students through the entire process of studying abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with IALF students and other clients who may require agency services.
• Provide information to clients on medical, insurance, accommodation, and other related matters:
• Follow up all potential IALF Global contacts emerging from education exhibitions and other IALF Global events, outlining the range of services IALF Global can offer.

- provide information to clients on the range of services offered by the agency

- assist the Senior Counselor in the processing of study applications for studies overseas

- assist the Senior Counselor in the processing of study visas

- provide information to clients on medical, insurance, accommodation, and other related matters

• Provide guidance and support to students on visa requirements, travel arrangements, and accommodation options.
• Assist students with the application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Participate in and arrangepromotional events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote our agency and attract new students.
• Maintain accurate records of student applications and communicate with the relevant parties throughout the process.
• Attend trainings and gatherings held by partner universities or institutions, both online and offline.

Requirements:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
• One year experience in the field of overseas education services, candidates with practical marketing skills and experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates, however, are welcome to apply;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work attitude:
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken;
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field;
• Ability to multi-task, be a fast learner, active listener, communicative and confident to interact with all levels, internally and externally; and

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of overseas education systems and visa requirements

- Willingness to travel locally and overseas
