Junior HR Business Partner

Placement in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang or Surabaya, East Java (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding HR-related data.
  • Support the identification of training needs and assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
  • Help in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts or disputes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as HR system implementations, process improvements, or organizational development efforts.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting with goal-setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues.


Role Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the same functions, or experience working for a tech or start-up company with similar functions, will be a plus.
  • A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and applicable employment laws is essential. Familiarity with HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development is beneficial.
