Commercial Business Partner Jobs

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

•Provide advisory, analysis, monitor and delivering insight regarding current projects profitability

•Interpreting financial results, contracts and other internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) and measurement in the context of business and current projects.

•Provide /recommend a business proposal/plan by forward looking on external financial insight regarding to market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios/ partnership related to current sectors/ projects

Requirements:

•Experience working in a project-based company

•Has accounting skill i.e Financial Forecasting, Cost Accounting

•Knowledge and ability studying, and researching contract/agreement, and the supporting documents (including but not limited to, NDA, MoU, Cooperation Agreement, etc), to cover the interests of the company (legally and commercial risk)

•Has commercial sense, knowledge and ability related to market research and summary of marketing research, set up market planning and strategy, while considering market segmentation, customer target, and positioning, including evaluation towards effectivity of market planning and strategy.

•Strong communication skill to be able to work closely with Project Managers and Financial Analyst

•Able to tell numbers through stories.

•Able to manage and build relationship.
