Job Description
s
  • Evaluation and timing, and preparing and reviewing instrument schedules and control loops
  • Assist Lead Instrument Engineer to produce design reports (design basis, specification, and analysis report) in accordance with relevant industry regulations, standards, codes and specifications, to meet company and project objective
  • Prepare and perform periodic inspections, tests, calibrations, checks on instruments and control devices
  • Perform design including equipment selection and image review
  • MR preparation: Includes technical screening, vendor quotation, equipment
  • Coordinate with a team of engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Civil) and external (suppliers, customers, and related authorities)
  • Responsibility to make report to supervisor
  • Supervise inspection, construction and commissioning
  • Carry out engineering tasks such as preparing material take off & cost estimation, FEED, detail design, and tender evaluation
Requirements
  • Understand the requirements and application of SIL, HAZOP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SMK3
  • Able to use CAD Design, Instroke, Smart Plant Instrumentation
  • Understand and experience in the concept of preparing technical documents such as instrument lists, datasheets, MTO, BoQ, Logic Diagrams
  • Male, Minimum S1 Instrumentation Engineering / Mechatronics / Electromechanic or equivalent
  • Able to use instructions, Datalogger PLC, DCS, SCADA and Ms. Project
  • Minimum 10 years practical experience is required
  • Have the ability to design automation systems
