We are looking for a skilled MLOps Engineer to join our team and support the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms. As an MLOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between data science and software engineering, ensuring the seamless integration and operationalization of machine learning models into our production systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to develop and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and models.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable MLOps infrastructure and frameworks.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, data preprocessing, and model training pipelines.
- Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of machine learning models in production.
- Continuously improve and automate the model deployment process, including versioning, testing, and rollback strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MLOps tools, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance our ML operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, along with experience working with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
