Product Specialist (Laboratory Instrument)

The Product Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and supporting a company's laboratory products or services. They possess in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and are responsible for educating and assisting customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing sales support to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and making educationalto educate customers on product capabilities and benefits.
2. Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations.
3. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to contribute to product development and enhancement efforts.
4. Assist in creating product documentation, user manuals, and marketing materials to support sales and customer engagement.
5. Develop training materials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help customers effectively use and troubleshoot the product.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and product advancements through self-study, training, and attending relevant workshops or conferences.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Biology
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product information and benefits to customers.
3. Experience as user analytical or biology laboratory instruments
4. Has no colorblind
5. Must be able to lift 20 kg at a time
6. Must be able to work with high mobility
7. Owning SIM A and C will be an advantage
