Laboratory R&D Head

Description

An established Indian ownership company having their business operations based out of Jakarta, Indonesia is looking to hire Laboratory R&D Head.

This is a critical position and would be at Leadership level and closely working with the management team.

Responsibilities

Develop the formulation /recipe according to the requirement & specifications from marketing department.

The person will be responsible to lead & manage over all Q.C. Function in the company.

Develop new products & educate or train marketing team on application advantages & usage of the new product.

Hand over the new products developed to production department with all required documentation & train explain the same to production & QC team.

Manage & ensure the proper health /condition of laboratory equipment's & support the company's growth strategy by enhancing the lab facility according future product introduction plan.

Support in strategy development & deployment to meet the company goals.

Ensure safety of the product & process starting form development till its actual application.

Educate all the required team members on safety features & monitor/ensure its implementation.

Responsible to ensure good housekeeping & cleanliness of the laboratory R&D area with his team.

Ensure implementation of all safety & environment standards as per system requirement.

Qualifications

Should have strong chemistry back ground with respect to education & experience.

Bachelor or master’s degree in chemistry.

Should have very good experience in new product development & implementation.

Knowledge of International standards for chemical products is desirable.
