Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Implement system and training users.
  2. Support for system incident reports from users (helpdesk, technical analysis, and workaround solution or even long-term solution, and reports).


Qualifications

  1. Have Diploma’s/ Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. Able to manipulate data using SQL query.
  3. Understand Java, Linux server and network devices (switch & router) settings.
  4. Think in a structured way and communicate logically.
  5. Able to make the structured report.
  6. Willing to work shifts and on weekends/ holidays.
  7. Willing to work out of town (at the customer's location) on a temporary basis.
  8. Preferable for those who are experienced in IT System Application Support at least for 1 year.
