Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling IT devices troubleshooting
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Responsible for maintain IT assets and documentation
  • Solving users problem regarding IT issues
  • Responsible for maintain and monitor Wi-Fi Access
  • Ensuring the internet network in every user is available and maintain the hardware


Requirement:

  • Able work as a team or independent
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work From Office 100%
  • Fluent in English
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Network experience (TCP/IP, Mikrotik)
  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other products
  • Willing to be place at Cikarang Pusat
