Job Description
With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Group is growing and seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an IT Director. This position will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's IT strategies to meet business needs today and into the future. The vision for this role is to expand a traditional IT services department to be equipped to provide meaningful data to help inform business decisions. Journey Group's corporate office is a casual yet professional work setting where customers are the priority, teamwork is our culture, and acting with fiscal stewardship and integrity are the expectation.


Qualified Candidates Will Have


  • 10+ years of experience including a proven track record of successful IT project implementations, ITIL or other IT service management experience, and at least 5+ years of leading a technical team.
  • PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and evidence of insurability is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field of study
