1. Ensure that the documentation of the Information Security Policy and procedures related to Information Security are always updated so as to be able to accommodate the latest conditions, taking into account full compliance with applicable regulations.

2. Ensure that the policies, procedures, standards, and manual flow of work processes for all functions in IS are in accordance with existing regulations and field conditions, and ensure that all documentation meets the expected quality standards including adequacy of control, conformity and consistency with applicable policies and regulations.

3. Become an audit liaison officer on IT Audit activities carried out by Internal Audit, external audits, and audits conducted by OJK, including in these activities are managing every document requested by the audit, following up on the auditee's response to each finding, and monitoring the status of completion of each finding.

4. Supervise the status of participation of all employees in Information Security awareness raising programs carried out through various available media in the form of training and distribution of materials related to Information Security, for example through web-based e-learning, email, and other Information Security awareness raising programs.

5. Follow up and ensure that audit findings and issues have been followed up properly, in accordance with applicable standards and policies. In addition, it ensures deviations from policy and IT audit issues can be identified, documented and monitored status.

6. Make monthly and weekly reports including: IT meetings, tech risk reviews, KORI/KRCSA, and audits. This is as part of regular reporting to management.
