Position Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to our investment process and supporting our portfolio companies in their growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organizing events, workshops, and get-togethers for founders community
• Supporting portfolio companies in their business plans and executions as well as future funding opportunities
• Evaluating potential investments by conducting thorough market researches and due diligences
• Identifying investment trends and opportunities through unique deal sourcing approaches

Appropriate Candidates:

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously lead or participate in multiple projects
• You are entrepreneurial, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in English
• You demonstrate a passion for startup and technology landscape in Indonesia
• You have 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a VC/PE firm but open to other experiences from startup, consulting, or investment banking
• You possess strong understanding of the Indonesian entrepreneurial landscape and its ecosystem partners
• You are a great networker and relationship builder with the ability to empathize and connect well with founders, investors, and other stakeholders in the industry
