Education:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field

Competencies:

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven trading experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• A solid understanding of financial markets.
• English literate
• The ability to work well under stress.
• Excellent analytical and strategical thinking as well as problem solving skill

1. Communicate w/ Client on a daily basis for the purpose of:

• Acceptance and execution on orders via standard market mechanism. Providing clients with advice on best method to execute the order, or strictly follow their order instructions.
• Providing clients with reports of execution, perform historic documentation on trades performed.
• Assisting clients on queries abt Indo market or particular stocks.
• Providing generalmarket information, redistribution of news and market information already considered as public information.

1. Implementing effective trading strategies.
2. Handle trade disputes cases promptly and ensure outcomes are fair to both customer and company
3. Obtain information on client’s interest and need for the purpose of client retention via good trading service
4. Liaise with back office to resolve client issues.
