We operate the mill on the principles of “lean manufacturing”, which results in efficient practices in the use of energy and water and in minimizing emissions.

We are seeking for an Internal Communication Coordinator position for our company. As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage and inform employees. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive and informed work environment, and aligning employees with the company’s goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to identify communication needs, and ensure alignment of internal branding and messaging, aligning with external communications efforts.
• Produce high-quality written, visual and multimedia content for various internal communication channels.
• Coordinate internal announcement and campaigns in a timely and effective manner to all employees.
• Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement and collaboration within the company.
• Develop a comprehensive communication plans that effectively disseminate information to employees at all levels at the company.

Experience:

• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities
• Proficiency in using various communication channels and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proven experience in internal communications with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
