The Opportunity

As a member of our high-performing Global Payroll Team based in Bangkok, you will play an integral role to support and manage the day-to-day accounting operations within the Payroll function, which includes but not limited to account reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting and driving enhancement projects.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

• Participate in assigned projects as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle regulatory and internal financial audits and share vest reconciliation
• Assist in month-end activities, including general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and payroll transaction closing
• Forecast and ensure adequate payroll funds in collaboration with Finance and Treasury teams to ensure sufficient payroll fund to pay our employees
• Manage external payroll vendors’ payments, reconciliations, and discrepancies

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

• Organized, task-oriented, and meticulous
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Resilient and adaptable to ambiguity and change
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
