About The Role

Accountable and responsible for the financial review of the business, this role will ensure that external and internal financial requirements are fulfilled, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards booking the journal and review during closing time.

What you will be doing

Safety

Ensure all activities are conducted at or above the company’s standards

Reporting

·Support the Financial Controller within the regional deliver of accurate and timely monthly figures and reports

·Review of Monthly AP, AR and GL posting, annual reports and tax submissions to ensure delivered on time and accurate

·Support on the Balance Sheet Review process

Executing

·Perform timely review ledgers to ensure data validity and integrity at month end

·Review Balance sheet reconciliations (including actions to clear aged reconciling items) on monthly basis

·Complete intercompany reporting on time and review to ensure completeness and accuracy

·Maintain assets safety from fraudulent breach. Assets consist of company’s data, inventory, fixed assets, etc.

·Complete ad hoc reports request by Corporate

Administration and Compliance

·Compliance with relevant DSI standards.

·Compliance with all tax, treasury, statutory and financial policies across the region

What you will bring

·Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business discipline

·Experience in a large, global business in a similar role

·2-3 years post graduate experience in accounting or finance (or related discipline)

·Knowledge of accounting standards

·Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

·Possess unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character
