In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales

growth and building strong customer relationships

through effective communication and strategic

✅Key Accountabilities:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers, identify

their needs, and present our products or services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying

upselling opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide

excellent customer support and address inquiries.

- Conduct market research to identify new leads and

potential business opportunities.

- Track and report sales activities, monitor

performance metrics, and strive to achieve sales

targets.

🌟 Requirements:

- Fluent in English (min. TOEFL 500)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Great in negotiations and persuasive abilities.

- Bachelor's Degree at minimum in English Literature /

English Education / International Relations /

Communication Science / Equivalent.

- Highly motivated individual and a goal-oriented

mindset.

- Willing to work in Malang. (Domiciled in Malang is

preferable)
