Innovation Program Officer Jobs

As an Innovation Program Officer at Lestari-Pijar Founndation your main responsibilities is to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the teams that have created a business plan. You will be working closely with these teams in 8 weeks to help them develop their skills, refine their strategies, and overcome any obstacles they may face along the way.

Here are some of the activities and job tasks you might be responsible for:

1. Streamlining mentoring sessions with teams to help them refine their business plans and develop strategies for success.
2. Providing feedback on teams', helping them to refine their business and develop entrepreneurial skills.
3. Assisting and supporting teams in developing and testing their Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), helping them to refine their products and ensure they are meeting the needs of their target customers.
4. Providing guidance or (*if needed) connecting teams with relevant industry experts, investors, and other resources to help them grow their businesses and gain traction in their markets.
5. Providing ongoing support and accountability to teams, helping them to stay focused and motivated as they work to build their businesses.
6. Identifying two best teams of each week during the bootcamp & mentoring, you may need to consider various factors such as the strength of their business plan, the viability of their product or service, their ability to execute on their plan, and their overall level of engagement and commitment to the program. You will also need to use your judgement and experience to determine which teams have the highest potential for success in their respective markets.

Qualifications

• Identify two best teams for each week and report it to the Lestari team
• Able to provide effective communication to the teams for every step of Venture Factory for Scholars bootcamp to the teams
• Ensure that the teams have submitted their weekly task and present in the bootcamp session
• Passionate about Sustainability, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
