Job Description
  • Follow up the filling of data preparation templates to customers so that they can be sent in accordance with a predetermined time agreement
  • Perform the implementation process according to predetermined SOPs
  • Perform and make reports on the implementation process according to the target stages that have been determined in the work plan


Minimum Qualifications


  • Experience in program implementation
  • Familiarity in using HRIS
  • Able to follow the work targets that have been set
  • Understand the implementation flow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
