Job Description

POSITION : HRGA MANAGER / 行政人事经理


Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of branch company assets (eg. office, office equipment & supplies), including inventory and maintenance.
  • Track local labor regulations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Responsible for the local team's corporate culture, including organizing company celebrations, team-building activities and local cultural activities.
  • Assist the country manager to formulate the annual HR budget and expenses.
  • Verbal and written translation of Mandarin, Indonesian and English.
  • Management of personnel administrative documents and other relevant legal agreements.
  • Other tasks assigned by leaders in relation to administrative assistance.
  • Responsible for monthly attendance tracking, salary calculation and performance management (preferrable if familiar with OKR tools).
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from resume collection, selection, interviews until the signing of labor contracts.


Job Requirements:

  • Having knowledge of assessing the labor criteria needed in the field of consumer electronics distributors is preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Have a good understanding of the recruitment process, training & development of employees, employee evaluation and motivation.
  • Good computer skills and able to use MS Office or cloud sharing applications.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
