Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Connect with external channels to gain new employees based on internal needs (college/head-hunter/seminars)
  • Being actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process
  • Maintain records of employee-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Support other functions as assigned
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars (if needed)


Requirements


  • Having experience in recruiting the creative-person
  • Having (at least) 2 years of experience in the HR division
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related
