Job Description

1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in the interior design or furniture manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the region of operation.


2. HR Management:

- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

- Proficient in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

- Ability to manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

- Knowledge of performance management and employee development processes.

- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.


3. Employee Relations:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to effectively handle employee relations issues and conflicts.

- Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.

- Understanding of disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.


4. Compliance and Policy Development:

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

- Experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Ability to monitor and update policies to reflect changes in legislation or industry standards.


5. General Affairs Management:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Experience in managing office facilities, maintenance, and security.

- Knowledge of procurement processes for office supplies and equipment.

- Ability to oversee travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics.


6. Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.

- Experience in facilitating employee engagement activities and fostering a positive work culture.

- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and departments.


7. Problem-solving and Analytical Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges and make informed decisions.

- Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.


8. Confidentiality and Ethics:

- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Understanding of ethical practices in HR and general affairs.

- Compliance with professional standards and codes of conduct.


9. Adaptability and Multitasking:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

10. Sales and Quotation Skills:

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into accurate and competitive quotations.

- Proficiency in preparing detailed and comprehensive quotations for interior design and furniture manufacturing projects.

- Strong negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends in the industry.

- Experience in collaborating with sales teams and project managers to gather necessary information for quotation preparation.


11. On-site Availability:

- Willingness to work on-site at the company's location in Tangerang Selatan.

- Ability to commute or relocate as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment that may require occasional travel to client sites or other company locations.
