Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Identifying trends and implementing new approaches to Performance Management so that the process meets the organization’s current needs and is able to motivate employee productivity.
  • Ability to analyze and develop organization-focused solutions
  • Managing and Administering Employee Training & Development programs
  • Provide HR advice across the whole employment lifecycle. This includes Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning, and Development
  • Recognizing potential issues and constrain in performance management and communicating it to related parties to improve the performance management process
  • Developing and implementing organizational policies.
  • Managing staff well-being and performance reviews.
Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Having experience in People Development / Organization Development / Talent Management is preferred.
  • Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative.
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology /Management Human Resources major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Deep understanding of , Competency, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis.
