Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Handling all HR Administrative (Recruitment & Selection, employee administrative, payroll, BPJS, training & development, performance appraisal, industrial relation, etc)
  • Government reporting
  • Handling all GA tasks (permit document handling, maintenance building, office equipment supply, handling outsourcing, etc)
  • Other necessary task
Requirements


  • Preferred having experience in handling all permit documents and understand for certifications in manufacturing (FSSC 22000, OHSAS, etc)
  • Good Administrative and understand Labor Law
  • Willing to Travel
  • Good leadership, communication, analytical thinking, team work
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law Major, Psychology, or Management
  • Have experience as HR Generalist for more than 3 years
