Job Description
Tasks
  • Manage the WordPress design and development team, and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
  • Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
  • Develop innovative and visually appealing website designs using Elementor, while prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Prioritize and coordinate development efforts to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, and encourages open dialogue and constructive feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, taking into account resource allocation, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
  • Providing regular updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Elementor-based design with a demonstrated sense of aesthetics.
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering WordPress projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in WordPress design & development.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Possess minimum 3 years of proven track record in leading a team and managing WordPress.
